FB&D offers in-plant, or on-site, services for the convenience of its clients. We recognize that clients frequently have need of selected personnel rather than a full task force "team" to meet project requirements. Such assignments are often of short duration and may only involve a single discipline or job classification. Personnel are selected based on availability, the assignment duration, and "fit" with the client and type of experience required. FB&D offers in-plant personnel for the full range of job classifications that are billable.

In-plant personnel serve generally within the client's facility and under client direction. Project assignments are at the client's discretion, with personnel selected to best fit with the full range of your expected needs. Services of in-plant, or loaned professionals, offer distinct advantages:

• One-time agreement covers any project our personnel are assigned while in your facilities.
• Client is billed only for selected personnel and pre-agreed expenses.
• Client controls the number of personnel, scope of work, and duration of the assignment
• Personnel can be assigned that have expertise within a particular facility, for a particular client, or with plant processes or equipment.
• Saves clients money when compared to direct-hire.
• In-plant personnel have direct access to home office resources in case of expanded needs.
