Philosophy
Ford, Bacon & Davis offers a full range of services to
the industry. FB&D operates on a project based system, where all daily operations
revolve around our current projects.
Each client is represented at FB&D by a Senior Project
Manager. All projects for a given client fall under the Senior Project Manager's overall
responsibility. Together with the client, the FB&D Senior Project Manager's insures
that all client requirements and preferences are identified and accomplished. This
emphasis provides our clients with assurance that their projects have the full attention
of a corporate officer with no responsibility other than the success of their work. In
addition, Senior Project Manger's insures continuity from project to project.
The Senior Project Manager's are supported by discipline
engineering departments. Each department views the Managers of Projects as their primary
internal client and provides qualified resources as required.

- Has no Overhead Responsibility
- Sets Appropriate Level of Project Management on Each Project
