CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT ROLE IN ENGINEERING PHASE
• Work with engineering to continue Constructability Issues.
• Initiate Field Work Plan and Procedures.
• Form primary Construction Management Team.
• Initiate staffing plans and office procedures.

  > Time keeping and management processes.
  > Secure temporary facilities.
• Initiate the communications plans.
• Initiate the safety and security plans.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
All the plans have been initiated by this phase. We are ready to:
• Mobilize.

• Orientate Subcontractors.

• Initiate RFI and Field Management of Change.
