• Initiate the communications plans.

• Initiate the safety and security plans.

• Initiate the Materials Management Plan

• Initiate the Fabrication and Subcontracting Plans.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE
All the plans have been initiated by this phase. We are ready to:

• Mobilize.
