IPP is a construction driven toolset that brings together all interrelated work processes, and associated technologies, to enable collaborative, planning and execution of engineering, procurement and construction activities.
With the IPP methodology, our team members have access to our Internet Project Management System (iPIMS) and WorkFace Planning (WFP). These advanced software technologies help to optimize project performance through the application of a structured planning process. Our planning process creates a model for construction execution that minimizes risk and maximizes field productivity to deliver predictable results.
